"...the most important period of life is not the age of university studies, but the first one, the period from birth to the age of six. For that is the time when Man's intelligent itself, his greatest implement, is being formed."

Preschool Program - What We Offer

A Creative Curriculum

The creative curriculum is a carefully designed curriculum based on a well-established understanding of children's intellectual, social, and physical development.

It is based on what children need to learn and what we know about how they learn. The creative curriculum is a pre-kindergarten program designed for children ages 4 thru 5. When implemented, the following are some of the variables which will be observed in the classroom setting.

  • The teachers and the environment will provide oppurtunities for children to experiment, solve problems, and make fruitful mistakes.
  • Teachers will use an inquiry approach, asking questions designed to help the child develop their problem solving skills.
  • Children will be allowed to make choices about learning each day while the teachers monitor.
